We use Payment Express as our credit card payment processor, and accept payments from both Visa and Mastercard. When paying by Payment Express your credit card details are handled securely and are not shared with us.
We'd prefer you pay with a credit card because it means we can start processing your order sooner, but we also accept Internet Banking payments via Payment Express Account2Account. Bank payments are not instant, so your order will be put on hold until payment has arrived. Please be aware that bank payments are only processed during business hours, and typically take around 2-4 hours to arrive.
We take great care that each item is correctly described, authentic, not damaged or misrepresented in anyway. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us a message through so we can serve you better.
- If you receive a faulty item, rest assured that we will replace the item or refund your payment, no questions asked.
- We will exchange any defective item within the warranty period, which is usually 90 days unless otherwise stated.
- The item returned must be in it's original condition and packaging. GurGardener Ltd is not responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your purchase is damaged upon delivery you must ensure the courier driver makes a note of this and then contact us within 48hrs to advise so we can arrange a replacement for you.
Defective Returns on all products within 14 days of receipt:
If an item fails to work properly within the first 14 days of receipt, please email or call us. We will process a partial refund for the returned postage fee. Once the item is received we will determine if it can be repaired or needs replacement. Please note that the item must be packaged properly for shipping to avoid damage. We use the most cost effective shipping method available. The cost is based on weight. In some cases the charge will be based on size. We don't charge any extras on post and packaging.
