We use the most cost effective shipping method available. The cost is based on weight. In some cases the charge will be based on size. We dont charge any extras on post and packaging.

DPS PaymentExpress allows you to use your Internet Banking with Account2Account, to securely pay for goods and services. No registration is required to use DPS PaymentExpress and its also free to use (No hidden charges or fees).
There is no need for a credit card, so you avoid getting expensive surcharges. You will receive an instant receipt and also get your goods and services faster.
We take great care that each item is correctly described, authentic, not damaged or misrepresented in anyway. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send us a message through so we can serve you better.
- If you receive a faulty item, rest assured that we will replace the item or refund your payment, no questions asked.
- We will exchange any defective item within the warranty period, which is usually 90 days unless otherwise stated.
- The item returned must be in it's original condition and packaging. GurGardener Ltd is not responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your purchase is damaged upon delivery you must ensure the courier driver makes a note of this and then contact us within 48hrs to advise so we can arrange a replacement for you.
Defective Returns on all products within 14 days of receipt:
If an item fails to work properly within the first 14 days of receipt, please email or call us. We will process a partial refund for the returned postage fee. Once the item is received we will determine if it can be repaired or needs replacement. Please note that the item must be packaged properly for shipping to avoid damage. Items received in damaged condition, smashed or modified in any way will void the warranty. Please check item description for the warranty period.
