It emits a high proportion of blue and white light, unlike HPS lights and is therefore especially well suited for the propagation of cuttings, the early growth phase, and cultivation of mother plants. The results are strong roots, a deep green colour, lush leaves, and many shoots.

Sunmaster Metal Halide Lamp will fit any reflector with an E40 lamp holder and it requires a ballast with matching wattage to run the bulb safely. Please note if you use a metal halide lamp in a dimmable digital ballast, you must set the wattage to the exact wattage of the metal halide lamp.
