Centrifugal Inline Duct Silencer Plastic Fan 15cm 533m³/h will quickly ventilate your grow space, bringing the temperature and humidity down, and push or pull odours and other pollutants through your carbon air filters.

The fan body is made of a high quality, impact resistant, tough and rigid A.B.S. material and features a backward curved Nylon impeller design that creates a very powerful airflow.

A smart design feature of this Fan is the casing functions as a silencer. A sound absorbent cotton lining is placed between the inner and outer case. The internal case layer has sound wave holes placed around its inside, providing outstanding sound protection.

The fan motor is an outer rotor motor design, with a compact structure, small size and stable performance. It features a built-in automatic reset thermal protector and is fitted with permanently sealed Japanese N.S.K. ball bearings, with 50000 hours of working life.

Why should I use an Centrifugal Inline Duct Silencer Plastic Fan 15cm 533m³/h

Your extractor fan is used to move air to and from your grow area, and will play a role in removing odours and excess moisture, replacing the carbon dioxide that your plants depend on for the process of photosynthesis, and maintaining consistent temperatures.

The secret of success to indoor gardening lies in making clean fresh air available to indoor plants to create an optimal environment. Plants in the open have air in abundance and the accurate balance of carbon dioxide to meet their food synthesizing requirement.

Rain and wind takes care of removing dust and pollutants from their surface, which is also important for maximum growth. Indoor plants, however, have to be provided these conditions, and the inline centrifugal fans can help you accomplish just that.

How to Use a Centrifugal Inline Duct Silencer Plastic Fan 15cm 533m³/h

Centrifugal Inline Duct Fan's are used to move air to-and-from your grow area. For the purpose of removing odours, you will need to use this product in conjunction with a suitably matched carbon filter.

Make sure that your filter can accommodate the level of air-flow that these fans will draw through them, otherwise, their effectiveness may be compromised. This could lead to the escape of unwanted odours and a loss of efficiency.

Your Fan will need to be positioned after the carbon filter in your extraction setup. Stale air should be sucked through the filter and away from the grow area using the Centrifugal Fan, and then ducted outside.

Make sure to check that the direction of your duct fan correctly matches the direction of the airflow in your extraction system before connecting the ducting. Rope Ratchets are perfect for supporting larger items, and hanging fans in this way helps to lower vibration and reduces noise.

Keep the layout of your ducting simple, forming the shortest, straightest route to an outside area possible. If using flexi-ducting, ensure that it is fully stretched out, in order to remove any folds.

Following this advice will lower air-resistance and allow you to get as close to 100% efficiency as is achievable. Ducting arrangements that are too long or have too many bends will create unnecessary noise and lower the effectiveness of your extraction.
